Our design philosophy is entirely driven by customer requirements and challenges. Our approach is to consider your needs in entirety from design inception to series production. Our goal is to offer you the most effective solutions and provide you with substantiation which is essential to build confidence in the path selected to manufacturing your product. Our customers rely on our open approach to knowledge sharing and joint development resulting in highly successful and durable partnerships.

Product Life Cycle Solutions

Castings development is initiated at the very beginning of the product life cycle, which significantly improves final product quality, performance, and reduces cost and time to market.

Focus on one-off castings with enhancements possible from one prototype to the next, allowing each generation to be evaluated in the test environment.

Entire range of subtractive and generative Rapid Prototyping technologies are evaluated. Suitability is assessed by evaluating relative delivery time, cost, quality and performance requirements. Mix-and-match solutions that draw from traditional techniques and the latest in RP technology are used to assemble moulds and cores, effectively overcoming size and complexity constraints.

No traditional hard-tooling required which lifts a significant burden on cost and delivery.

Raw casting model, machining and measurement programs, and tooling from product development are reused in production. This allows for significant savings in time and money, while ensuring consistency in design and performance through the product life cycle.

Defying Limitations

  • No limits to casting design and thin-walled castings with tight tolerances are possible.
  • Several cores can be built in combination and on the other hand, there is true flexibility in size by cutting and reassembling of the original core or mould.
  • Complete freedom of scope in terms of feeder and side-cut.
  • Undercuts can be handled, simple mould parting is possible, and draft angles do not apply.
  • Cost-effective even for just one unit with significant additional cost savings as hard-tooling is not required.
